Mr. Herman is an expert veteran Geospatial Information System (GIS) graduated from Top Notch University in Australia majoring in Environmental Policy. He has worked for various landscape management and policy development for forest conservation for Flora and Fauna International and actively involve in setting up the Indonesia peatland restoration agency (BRG). Previously, Mr. Herman was the cornerstone of the Aceh Green Initiative and Strategic Resources Initiative in Aceh also provided his professional consulting for UNDP, PARTCIP GMBH and German Technical Cooperation

His main expertise is in Sumatran Elephant Conservation Program, landscape approach program in Aceh etc.

Ms. Lilanne Fan graduated form Columbia University majoring in anthropology with more than 15 years experience and worked in the most difficult conflict affected areas such as Myanmar, Aceh, Haiti, the Philippines and Jordan.Her key competent are in providing strategic policy advice, an alysis and coordination in crisis-affected, post-disaster and post-conflict contexts on a range of humanitarian, peace-building, and post-crisis recovery.

Renaldi Safriansyah graduated from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. He has almost 20 years of experience in research and development, mostly in research projects funded by DFAT/AUSAID, European Union, and World Bank. His research interests center around the intersection of public policies, forestry, and the environment. His contribution to the study of TEV of Aceh Forest brought great value to conservation and forest protection.
